The 2025 VSCA Educational Conference will be held October 14th-17th, 2025, at the Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, VA. We will start with our annual golf tournament on Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM and end with our banquet on Thursday evening. A credit card will be required and will be charged at the time of booking for 1st night room and tax. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time of reservation. Refunds will not be given to attendees for early check-outs.
Reservations may be canceled without penalty up to midnight on the seventh (7th) day prior to arrival. Cancellations after that time will be charged for the full stay, plus taxes.
