Donna Webb is a forward-thinking business development professional with over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry developing integrated growth and profitability plans that support and align with revenue goals, executive level management of strategic partners, and corporate governance of service level and quality metrics. She serves as the Director of Business Development with J.S. Held, LLC in the Nation’s Capital Region. She also serves as the Chair of the Publications Committee on the VSCA Board and member of Mid-Valley Claims Association. Prior to J.S. Held, Donna’s diverse career included both the carrier and vendor side of the insurance industry. With her extensive background, Donna has adjusted complex claims, owned and operated both a property inspection firm and insurance agency, managed global partnerships, and served as part of a regional leadership team responsible for oversight of 120 agency owners. She is versed in the art of negotiations and experienced in government relations, having worked on projects with FEMA and HUD as well as the Florida state legislature leading to the passage of HB687- The Service-Disabled Veterans Enterprise Opportunities Act in 2008.
